Terms of Service
By purchasing my labor, patrons agree to the terms of service listed below.
Artificial Intelligence
My artwork is strictly and will always be handmade from scratch. AI is not used in references or in the production of artwork. I do not support AI.
• My artwork may not be used to scrape, train, or otherwise improve the replicative abilities of generative AI models.• If my work is found to be replicated with AI, you will be blacklisted and publicly denounced on my Queue and/or socials.• All artwork is ran through Nightshade to further protect my and your property. Basics
• By purchasing my services, the buyer understands that their product may be used to advertise my artwork and/or may appear in my portfolio.• Make sure to have a clean and updated reference sheet. If the ref sheet is out of date, please provide detail as to what changed on the character.*Customs should be provided with a palette and species. More details are a plus and will help improve the quality of the custom.• During the commission process, the buyer will receive progress shots. These will be given after the Sketch, Lineart, and Coloring periods. Please be sure to be honest and correct my mistakes when I make them.
Payment
• Payment plans can be used for orders of $150 or more.• Payment is required upfront. An invoice with the commission information will be sent via PayPal, Cashapp, or Venmo.
Other Methods Accepted: Vgen, Ko-Fi, Zelle, Apple Pay, Stripe.
*Payment plans can be paid per progress shot or per agreement.• If the piece has a completed and buyer-approved sketch, a 25% refund can be granted to the buyer. Refunds will not be granted once lineart is finished.
Commission Information
Under any given circumstance, I have the right to refuse to Commission you and I have the right to end the commissioning process.• Commissions are usually finished within 1-3 weeks. I do attend college, but I will do my best to be quick to respond and finish pieces. Patience is greatly appreciated.• If commissions are closed, contact me to inquire on a reservation slot. This holds a place for you when my commissions do open back up. Reserving a spot is free.• When there are sales, if you reserve a slot while commissions are closed during that time period, If the slot is still held when the sale is up, you have rights to the sales that were listed for that set interim. This only includes sales that qualify for that commission.

Minors (below the age of 18) may not purchase work from me. If one lies about their age in order to purchase said work, they will be blacklisted from commissioning my services again.I will refuse and blacklist anyone who requests art that is meant to attack, slander, or harm another community member.
